1. Android Radio Compatibility Policy & Support
To ensure a seamless installation experience, Sky Universe strictly enforces an Android Radio Compatibility Policy. We require a thorough Head Unit Compatibility Check with our technical team before purchasing any Android Frame or Wiring Harness kit.
- Sky Universe (cmp5.com) follows a strict Android Dash Kit Fitment Policy; we are not liable for installation failures on orders placed without prior fitment confirmation.
- If an order is placed without a Head Unit Compatibility Check and results in a fitment error, the buyer assumes responsibility for all original shipping, return freight, and customs duties.
2. Universal Android Stereo Refund & Fees
Our Universal Android Stereo Refund structure is designed to keep professional car electronics accessible while covering transaction costs. To cover bank processing fees, the following conditions apply:
- Buyer-Initiated Refunds: A 6% handling fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for all returns requested due to "Buyer Remorse" or unconfirmed purchase errors.
- Seller Responsibility: If a refund is required due to an out-of-stock item or a verified manufacturing error, we provide a 100% full refund with zero fees.

4. Condition for Universal Android Stereo Refund
To qualify for a Retail Order Refund, all head units and frames must be in "Like New" condition. We cannot accept returns if:
- The unit has been fully installed or shows mounting marks.
- The original wiring adapter or harness has been cut or modified.
- Items are returned without original internal foam, GPS antennas, or CANBUS decoders.
5. Order Shipping Details & Damage Claims
We provide tracked international shipping (7-15 days). Per our Order Shipping Details, if your package arrives damaged:
- Report the issue within 48 hours with clear photos of the shipping label and damaged chassis.
- Ensure a 100% fitment check was performed; damaged units from improper DIY installation are not covered.
6. 12-Month Hardware Warranty
Following the Android Radio Compatibility Policy, all retail products include a 12-month hardware warranty. This covers manufacturing defects but excludes physical damage or short-circuits caused by unconfirmed wiring connections.
