We ship worldwide from our Hong Kong / Shenzhen warehouses and regional EU & US logistics partners. Typical delivery times:

- EU Member States: 7–15 business days (🇩🇪🇫🇷🇪🇸 prioritized)
- UK & AU: 7–10 business days

CarMP5 offers DDP (Duty & VAT prepaid) shipping for EU Member States and the USA. That means your order arrives duty-free with no additional payment upon delivery.
Other regions: Local customs may apply taxes based on import policies. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Yes. You can select Express (DHL / FedEx) or Standard (EMS / Postal) shipping at checkout depending on your region.

CarMP5 offers a 7-day unconditional return from the date of delivery. Refunds are available for defective, incompatible, or incorrectly shipped items.
All returns must include the original packaging. Please contact our support team to obtain an RMA authorization before returning any product.

Every CarMP5 product is covered by a 1-year limited warranty and lifetime technical support. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware faults not caused by improper installation or misuse.

CarMP5 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions. Payments through PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay are fully secured. Some regions also support PayPal Pay in 4 installment payments.
📦 What’s included in the package?
Each order includes the main device, vehicle-specific harness (no extra charge), power cable, USB lines, and installation guide. GPS antenna and accessories are included where applicable.

If any issue occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos of the package and item. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
