Use this plan to match each display size to your universal frame. 9.0″/10.1″ aligns 1:1 with the current frame for an OEM-style fit. 11.8″ gives a wider 2K view and usually fits; some frames may need 1–2 mm of side clearance. 13.1″ is the largest 2K screen and needs a wide, open frame — please confirm inner width before purchase.

Choose the proper base size to fine-tune vertical clearance and achieve an OEM-like fit across different vehicles.
No need to choose: the 9" or 10" base depends on your original dash frame size. We will pre-match the correct base before shipping.
What the 9"/10" bases do
- Let the same head unit fit different dashboard frames (openings and depths vary by model).
- Allow you to raise or lower the screen slightly to close top/bottom gaps for a cleaner look.
- Create a neat transition between the frame and the display for an OEM-style finish.
Result: better alignment, reduced visible gap, and a consistent viewing height.
Why two base sizes?
- 9" base: best for compact panels or when the display should sit lower.
- 10" base: adds a transition frame to raise the display slightly and bridge larger trims.

CANBUS Module — Critical for Compatibility & OEM Feature Retention
Before ordering, confirm whether your vehicle requires a CANBUS decoder. A wrong choice may disable steering-wheel keys, A/C display, radar/trajectory, or other OEM features.
What is CANBUS?
CANBUS (Controller Area Network Bus) is the in-vehicle network used by ECUs to exchange data. With a CANBUS-compatible Android head unit, vehicle signals can be read and shown on the screen, keeping OEM-style functions and interaction.

- Displays vehicle status: doors, A/C info, parking radar/trajectory, fuel/consumption (varies by model).
- Retains or learns steering-wheel buttons and certain OEM key logic.

Which functions will my vehicle support?
Functions vary by model and trim. Most vehicles support steering-wheel keys, door/reverse/radar triggers, and basic A/C display. High-trim features (OEM amp, 360 camera, seat heating, etc.) may need extra adapters and are not guaranteed unless specified.
Do I need coding after installation?
Usually no. Select your vehicle profile in the CAN settings; if the behavior is off, contact us to switch or update the protocol.
Will this work without a CANBUS box?
For base trims, the unit can run on standard ACC/BATT wiring, but you will lose OEM integrations (steering keys, A/C data, etc.). We recommend the CANBUS kit for the best OEM-like experience.
